Track your delivery

The tracking page link will be sent to you via email, as soon as the driver clicks on the ‘start delivery button’ on his driver panel.

The tracking page is available only on ‘out for delivery orders’.

On the tracking page, you will see a map with your shipping address, pickup address, and the driver’s position if available. On this page, you will also see an estimated arrival time and the driver details.

Once the driver tracking is available, you will be able to track the driver’s position on the map every 2 minutes. In the last 10 minutes of the delivery, the monitoring is updated every one minute.
